 这个公式是说频率和时间成倒数的关系，ω₁ 和 T1对应， T1是spin-relaxation time, ω₁就_{应该是spin-relaxation 频率吧。}ω₁/2п=56 kHz， 是圆周频率和普通频率的转化吧。
