SpinWorks has two functions:

is to the point where it should (I hope) be useful, there will, no3 { T, D3 y$ D% S' ^! Z# G
doubt, be bugs and there are things that don't yet work. The aim of the5 s5 j! N0 w* o: `
program is to make a program easy enough for undergrads to process
0 w9 v( G/ M; O7 Umagnitude COSY spectra (for example) with a single mouse click, and yet& e* h) }9 o C
still be flexible enough for research use. SpinWorks currently handles' I2 P+ w9 `' J8 w! H
only one data set at a time. However, most new computers have6 E) _$ x2 ~. D) H5 K1 ^( T* M! M
sufficient memory to run two or three copies of SpinWorks
; Z' U r! A6 osimultaneously. This can be very useful when examining the rows and

For 2D processing a Pentium class processor with 64 Mbytes of memory is the practical minimum.

For 2D you should also have your display set to at least 16 bit colour,- n+ N8 k8 O7 l; q
otherwise the image and contour level colours will be strange. I have

( a6 b1 _4 A; P; G9 p' \Linux with the WINE package and on a Mac with SoftWindows. ) e% q" I% L5 d. C

A three-button mouse is ideal, but SpinWorks will work just fine with a) L: o6 C% v/ e
two-button mouse. Note that on "Wheel Mice" the mouse wheel also serves2 @7 c7 n/ ]; q+ x1 X, ]
as the middle mouse button. The mouse wheel can also be used for
