The successful candidate will have responsibility to:
· Develop and apply NMR capability to solve broad range of R&D problems
( L3 \, t% ~& `- B3 I
· Become the technical leader for Asia NMR team
& l# }$ c+ D3 y. K* m* j6 h
· Collaborate with cross functional and cross regional teams
+ ?2 f' ~# `; h: T3 O' l/ k) J
· Lead a project team and be accountable for project deliverables
! y R, E; t! w
· Network with Company’s Global NMR team and external NMR labs to
0 i( a3 V9 b3 @: K8 m0 X
deliver business results
) ?% V/ S) i3 T Following qualifications are required:
* Strong background in NMR and other analytical methods
- }1 X3 T6 `% S) Q * Working knowledge of 1D and 2D NMR methods and applications
- p: r' O/ V: C * Experience in Varian system helpful
8 P+ l- P- r0 q* i) B3 W
* Broad knowledge in physical and biological science in general l to quickly develop understanding of R&D problems in consumer products
- `* t; w) p5 t3 a8 P+ \/ Z
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and a good team player
PhD degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
