I download TS21PL3. I used use MD5Verifier to check all the un-zip file in TS21PL3 directory
the Verifier shows the following massage:
Operation completes.
569 files were verified. 2 files changed.
The following files have been changed since the check file is made:
E:\Downloads\TS21PL3\TS21PL3\sources\axis-c-src-1-5-win32.zip
E:\Downloads\TS21PL3\TS21PL3\windows\topspin\xwinsc.z
When I start to install topspin by using the setup.exe at /TS21PL3/wondow/ ,
all seems good at the beginning. Then the instiller shows the following massage:

What's wrong about my instill procedure??
