帮忙解释一下

on 2D NMR experiment

the fourier-transformed FID from each experiment would always contain the same resonance, but its amplitude would vary as a function of t1. In fact, the amplitude would oscillate sinusoidally with frequecy v, since the transverse magnetization at the end of t1 is Msin(2pivt1).
