请教高手NOESY

做NOESY谱时,在强峰下有一竖的很强的噪音信号,如去掉,其有用信号也没有了.请教哪位高手能否指点,在参数设置或数据处理上有无方法解决.

是Solvent讯号或 spinning讯号或T1 noise? 或只是Noise?

若Solvent讯号用solvent suppression, 若spinning side band 关掉spin,

若T1 noise用数据处理之subtraction, 若只是Noise, 请重做实验, 温度恒稳一些, hope this
