The successful candidate will have responsibility to:
· Develop and apply NMR capability to solve broad range of R&D problems
# }1 D; ~( U' o# r" d· Become the technical leader for Asia NMR team
% x" e3 M% C0 j) K9 {· Collaborate with cross functional and cross regional teams
6 X3 ^$ N/ k( l/ A. c7 c3 H8 u: k· Lead a project team and be accountable for project deliverables

· Network with Company’s Global NMR team and external NMR labs to

, L( |& r! K; { {( ^- O Following qualifications are required:
* Strong background in NMR and other analytical methods
- i; U) u3 C2 |2 ~- T" {7 o& |$ y * Working knowledge of 1D and 2D NMR methods and applications
+ X z5 Z" k6 X" A! |" T * Experience in Varian system helpful
" k; D% a* s. ]/ F _' u/ Q
* Broad knowledge in physical and biological science in general l to quickly develop understanding of R&D problems in consumer products
5 _5 Z0 s k: O, Q2 B4 t * Excellent oral and written communication skills and a good team player
PhD degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
